It was in the 1990s that the Parish of Vila Garcia, Municipality of Amarante, was given the mention of “Pilot Parish of the Vinhos Verdes Region”, which encouraged, with greater force, the need to build a legacy.
So, in 1992, the Teixeira family had the audacity to create an old winery, now known as Quintas de Vila Garcia. With and knowledge of those who do and know how to do well for all of them and vision applying knowledge to innovation and, allied to knowledge, to learn and improve and its mission, mission, values, nature, life.
These are the purposes of everything they do to achieve differentiated and quality brands, thus expressing the best that our region has:
